Return & Warranty Policy

At Orbit Gadgets, we are committed to providing only 100% genuine premium tech. Because we deal in high-end electronics, our policies are designed to ensure fairness and transparency for all our customers in Bangalore.

1. Return & Refund Policy

  • In-Store Inspection: Since we provide a hands-on experience at our showroom, we encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their device (physical condition, camera, and basic functions) before leaving the store.

  • No Returns: Once a product is sold and the seal is broken (for new units), we do not accept returns or provide refunds for “change of mind.”

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): In the rare event that a new device is found to have a manufacturing defect within 24 hours of purchase, please bring the device back to our showroom with the original bill and packaging for inspection.

2. New Device Warranty

  • Brand Warranty: All brand-new Apple products and other flagship devices come with the standard Manufacturer’s Warranty (typically 1 year).

  • Claiming Warranty: Warranty claims for new products must be handled through the respective brand’s authorized service centers. We can provide you with the necessary tax invoice and guidance on how to reach the nearest center in Bangalore.

3. Service & Repair Warranty

  • Repair Guarantee: For all out-of-warranty repairs performed at Orbit Gadgets, we provide a limited service warranty (the duration will be specified on your repair receipt, usually ranging from 30 to 90 days).

  • Scope of Warranty: This warranty only covers the specific part replaced or the specific issue repaired. It does not cover new issues, accidental damage, or liquid damage occurring after the repair.

  • Parts Used: We use premium, high-quality parts for all repairs to ensure your device functions at its best.

4. What is Not Covered

The following are excluded from any Orbit Gadgets or Brand warranty:

  • Physical damage (cracked screens, dents, or bends).

  • Liquid/Water damage.

  • Unauthorized software modifications or “jailbreaking.”

  • Repairs attempted by any third party after purchasing from us.

5. No Exchange Policy Reminder

As per our store policy, Orbit Gadgets does not offer exchange or buy-back services for old devices. All purchases are final.
